Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain test programs for HBM component validation
  • Deliver on-time test program releases aligned with validation milestones
  • Support test time optimization and parallelism improvements
  • Support test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment
  • Run and debug programs on component validation testers
  • Assist in hardware readiness: handler, socket, loadboard, and probe card setup
  • Validate high-speed I/O and assist with eye diagram and signal integrity checks
  • Deliver through version control, Agile tracking and collaboration tools
  • Participate in root cause analysis sessions and assist in corrective action closure
  • Collaborate across Component Validation team and with cross-functional teams for design validation, execution, electrical failure analysis, lab support and attend technical meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related)
  • Knowledge on Computer Architecture/DRAM architecture and flows
  • Experience in C/C++, Python, Perl etc
  • Understanding of DFT/functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan etc)
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment, repository systems and collaboration and Agile project management tools like Confluence, Jira
  • Verilog/System Verilog simulation exposure
  • Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
