Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • Proven experience as a great team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes is a desirable asset.
  • Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
  • Exposure to AI/machine learning or data analytics applied in engineering or manufacturing environments is beneficial, particularly for fault isolation, failure analysis, or process optimization.
