Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team
- Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance
- Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time
- Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products
- Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education
- Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
- Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Python coding is a plus
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
