Requirements

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or assurance within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, operational risk frameworks, and internal control standards.
- Experience in digital banking, channels, or technology risk is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CRISC are preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and risk reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for regional engagements.
