Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of inbound shipment coordination by monitoring ETD/ETA and Goods-In-Transit (GIT) across multiple countries, proactively identifying and escalating delays, port congestion, and inbound risks to relevant stakeholders
- Enhance supply chain visibility by tracking and analyzing quality management activities, including scrapping processes for expired and phased-out inventory at the regional level
- Conduct inventory analysis to identify ageing patterns, expiry risks, excess stocks, and slow-moving items across markets, enabling data-driven risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) against regional business targets, providing actionable insights
- Create compelling presentations and reports that communicate country-level performance clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute to operational excellence through involvement in strategic ad-hoc initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
