Requirements

Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and MBA is a must.
Experience Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on assembly & test (A&T) operations within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a must.
Proven track record in leading strategy and transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business results.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budget and organizational impact.
Technical & Functional Expertise Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, PMP certification is a must.
