About the role
AI summarisedThe Scientist will work on Project GLOW, a population-scale study in Singapore focusing on the gut microbiome and mental health, using advanced metagenomics and metabolomics. The role involves developing computational methods for genome-resolved metagenomics, intra-host diversity analysis, and host-microbe interaction studies. The position is based at the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) and NUS.
