Key Responsibilities
- Lead process integration efforts for embedded and standalone NVM technologies (e.g., eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, RRAM) across advanced CMOS platforms.
- Define and optimize process flows to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets for NVM devices.
- Collaborate closely with device, process, design, reliability, and product engineering teams to resolve integration challenges.
- Drive structured experiments (DOE) and data analysis to evaluate process changes and their impact on NVM performance.
- Manage program schedules, deliverables, reporting, budget control, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NVM yield, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or other relevant engineering field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Process Integration and management.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Spotfire) and statistical techniques.
- Excellent analytical, optimization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (written & verbal).
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach engineers.
