Key Responsibilities
- Support the compilation and collation of monthly and annual KPI data.
- Perform data accuracy and quality checks on project and operational data in systems.
- Manage and respond to data-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of KPI data across all reporting outputs.
- Support the operation and governance of business systems (e.g., CRM, TTIMS), including change requests, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Work with system vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and reliable data sources to support dashboard reporting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and system standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in systems operations, analytics, and data reporting roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
