Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic commodity plan for the commodity (Power Box)
- Facilitate Global Supplier Agreement negotiations, renegotiations, and contract addendums
- Execute to continuous supplier improvement plans in relation to cost & operations delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product/Manufacturing/Quality/Procurement & Finance) to resolve supply challenges
- Define and engage suppliers for NPI product
- Getting the Finished Goods delivered as per plan
- Organizing and controlling business/contracts/negotiations for strategic acquisition of materials and services of technical or contractual nature
- Analytically formulating and executing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on semiconductor technology landscape and global business environment
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- More than 7 years of working experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, or Production Planning environment
- Preferably in Semiconductor industry
- Strong technical knowledge of complex build-to-print integrated assemblies
- Strong communication skills to develop relationships (internal/external)
- Strong project management experience coupled with analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work & multiple-task in fast paced environment
