Requirements

  • Masters Level Degree plus 5 years experience; or Bachelor’s Level Degree plus 7 years experience
  • Finance experience required
  • Must have experience with an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus) and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Excel, financial, analytical and modeling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence to influence senior leadership and the 'soft skills' to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and distill competing priorities into a clear path forward
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment
  • Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn
