Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in performing valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including equity and debt securities, derivatives, and options for various purposes such as M&A, litigation support, financial reporting, and restructuring.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business valuation.
- Solid financial modelling skills, including experience in building and working with valuation models.
- Ability to analyse complex financial information and develop insight-driven conclusions.
- Previous experience in professional services or valuation-related roles is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to client servicing and teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
