Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with 3 years of supervisory experience OR Higher NITEC with 5 years of supervisory experience OR GCE ‘O’ level with 8 years of supervisory experience.
10~15 years in Oil/Gas and/or Petrochemical industry or previous experience as (deputy) supervisor.
Availability for shift duties (12 hours, 2-2-3 pattern).
Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make independent technical decisions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and HSE teams.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers and technicians.
Ability to work under pressure during plant shutdowns or urgent troubleshooting.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Ability to pass a health examination including a drug test and obtain security clearance.
