Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce new automation initiatives to improve fab operation and productivity
  • Execute automation projects to integrate with existing system, testing, release for production
  • Execute new automation project from equipment start-up/design, vendor start-up, to acceptance of automation equipment for production
  • Design and development of algorithm in Real Time Dispatch (RTD) and Activity Manager (AM) to enable automated dispatch, reporting, and alert system
  • Design and development automation KPI report by using Tableau and Excel
  • Establish systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of all automation equipment performance indices to exceed/meet operations goals
  • Perform duties for troubleshoot automation equipment-related problems (both hardware and software) to minimize equipment downtime when requested
  • Work with contractors and vendors, coordinate with equipment, manufacturing, Facility and IT engineers to ensure work is carried out efficiently on automation project
  • Document SOP, procedures and best-known methods for automation equipment to allow more efficient workflow and troubleshooting
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs to optimize RTD system

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Science
  • Preferably 1-3 years relevant wafer fab manufacturing experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing
  • Ability to write script for RTD and AM
  • Good knowledge in MS SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, Tableau, and VBA
  • Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
  • Added advantage for incumbent with manufacturing experience and APF software knowledge
