- Improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window
- Manage overall Planning Projects across the strategic horizon
- Collaborate with Front End Manufacturing Inventory output and Probe stakeholders to deliver probe tactical solutions
- Manage network management of NPW to meet output plan at lowest cost
- Drive overall network Planning strategic projects
- Develop metrics that clarify deliverables
- Build effective global team by distributing work and learning opportunities functionally and regionally
- Empower team members with authority to make decisions at the appropriate level and geographically
- Deliver competitive results by spearheading innovative solutions
