Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning and execution for Temenos Transact implementation projects including timelines, resources, and methodologies.

  • Establish and track testing KPIs, prepare status dashboards, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Delivery team to align testing milestones with release plans and ensure quality assurance gates are met.
  • Establish and implement a test automation framework aligned with the technology stack and DevOps pipeline.
  • Identify key regression suites and automation candidates early, to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent certification is preferred
  • 10 – 12 years' software testing experience, with at least 5 years in banking transformation programs and minimum 3 years in managing testing for Temenos Transact implementations, including functional and integration testing.
  • Experience in at least 1 full-cycle Temenos Transact implementations or major upgrades for medium or large sized banks
  • Deep functional expertise across CASA, Lending, Deposits; expertise in additional functional domains like Payments, Treasury is preferred
  • Proficient in tools like Selenium, Tosca, Karate, Postman (for APIs), JMeter, etc.
  • Experience implementing automation for Temenos Transact implementations
  • Delivery experience with clients in ASEAN is preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of broader core banking technology landscape
  • Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.
