Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed OE and service sales targets for mining applications across the allocated AOR.
  • Drive service revenue growth in high utilization mining applications through solutions such as: Long-term service agreements (LTSA), Maintenance and rebuilding programmes, Parts planning and lifecycle support solutions, Contracted labour, tooling, and overhaul scope planning.
  • Identify, develop, and grow new mining repower business opportunities (including fleet upgrades and modernization).
  • Maintain and expand the existing mining customer base with structured account plans and growth initiatives.
  • Support Sales & Service Centres (SSCs) and distributors to build solution-based proposals for mining customers expanding or repowering fleets.
  • Act as the commercial owner and first point of contact for key mining customers.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and take timely decisions on customer issues while ensuring adherence to RRPS governance.
  • Lead regular customer engagement including: Monthly / quarterly reviews, Operational performance and service discussions, Upcoming site needs and fleet plans, Tender and contract pipeline updates.
  • Visit regional mine sites regularly and build direct engagement with customer leadership and mine officials.
  • Lead and/or support SSCs and distributors in: Costing and commercial offer preparation, Contract negotiation and commercial alignment, Execution setup and readiness planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or heavy equipment environments (mining strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record in delivering revenue targets across service sales and/or OE sales in complex customer environments.
  • Strong experience in key account management and long-cycle sales, including tendering and solution selling.
  • Experience engaging with customers in remote and high-demand operational environments (e.g., mine sites).
  • Experience in APAC regional sales coverage (Indonesia, Australia, India or broader APAC exposure is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the mining customer environment, including uptime-driven decision-making and lifecycle support needs.
  • Strong capability in commercial offer development, costing logic, and negotiation outcomes.
  • Able to assess and manage commercial risk and stakeholder approvals (controlling, legal, export control).
  • Strong coordination ability across internal functions to drive end-to-end execution readiness.
  • Strong planning capability in areas such as parts planning, rebuild planning, tooling/labour planning, and swing engine setup support.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer lifecycle business models (service contracts, overhauls, parts growth, repower cycles).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region to customer sites and mine locations.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
