Key Responsibilities

Lead the regional supply chain team to achieve excellence in operational execution in regional outsourced assembly & test suppliers (OSAT)
Ensure on-time supply chain manufacturing execution via daily monitoring of loading releases and output of products against company quarterly targets
Provision and drive recovery solutions by reallocation and coordination of resources with close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
Formulate customized solutions to drive recovery of any potential deterioration in key production metrics/KPIs
Drive key subcontractors as manufacturing partners towards continuous improvement of service and operational excellence by providing recommendations via best practices or specifications
Coordinate OSAT QBR (Quarterly Biz Review) for continuous improvement and focus areas

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role in the semiconductor industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
