Requirements
- PhD or MS in Optics, Physics, EE or related field with minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in optical coatings, thin film processes, or optical materials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in customer presentations and conflict resolution
- Hands-on experience with optical material characterization, thin film coating systems, and troubleshooting
- Ability to travel up to 10% internationally
