Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the AI Hub Transformation team around project and change management
- Contributing to seamless communications and collaboration with AI champions and line of service (LoS) stakeholders
- Working closely with territory and LoS leadership to align and collaborate on Singapore AI priorities including go-to-market
- Organising and coordinating engagement with stakeholders
- Support the onboarding and alignment of AI tools with both local and global strategies
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the usage and impact of AI tools, ensuring visibility of efforts and investments
- Contribute to AI learning and development programs by coordinating learning & development opportunities for staff firmwide
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distil complex information
- Ability to work in high pressure, complex and high-performance environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks
- Project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects
- Ability to obtain results in the face of obstacles or blockages, or despite ambiguity or incomplete information

- Confidence using digital tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) and a desire to further these skills
