Key Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining system performance within required specification
Become subject expert in subsystems such as automation, sensing
Communicate and work with suppliers on requirements and ensure subsystem performance within required specification
Responsible for system integration, test and characterization
Responsible for system troubleshooting, new product introduction, and training to manufacturing engineers and technicians
Document testing and diagnosis procedures to transfer the design to manufacturing

Requirements

Good hands-on experience in building/testing complex opto-mechanical systems or assemblies
Solid understanding of working principles of instruments
Experienced in product prototyping: experiment design, test bench setup, testing, and data analysis
Experienced in system troubleshooting
Good communication and collaboration, comfortable in working with multidisciplinary team and different functions
Good perseverance
Capable of using common programming language for data analysis such as Python/Matlab/C is a plus
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of working experience, or master's degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering, or related disciplines
