Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Engineering: Execute scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting to improve preventive maintenance effectiveness, ensuring quality, uptime, and cost efficiency.
- Equipment Engineering: Assist in tool installation/modification to enhance capacity and efficiency, maximizing tool uptime and throughput.
- Equipment Engineering: Perform troubleshooting and hardware repairs on production equipment.
- Equipment Engineering: Participate in quality improvement teams and provide feedback for continuous process enhancement.
- Process Engineering: Review, analyze, and respond to inline process control charts to meet Quality, Cost, and Productivity Goals.
- Process Engineering: Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide detailed data for proper wafer disposition.
- Process Engineering: Execute actions to optimize production moves and qualify new processes/improvements projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration with equipment, maintenance, and production teams.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Must be undertaking a 20-24 week credit-bearing internship starting from March 2026 onwards.
- Must clearly indicate the intended internship period in CV/Resume/Cover Letter.
