Key Responsibilities

  • Work with different teams (process module, device, TCAD, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes (TMR/RRAM)
  • Integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase
  • Characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
  • Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
  • Perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
  • Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
  • Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage
  • Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
