Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to oversee and deliver high-impact climate & sustainability/ESG advisory engagements.
- Take charge of end-to-end project delivery, including setting timelines, defining scope, and leading work program execution.
- Ensure rigorous project management practices across assurance testing, review processes, and draft reporting to meet high standards.
- Drive sustainability governance, manage ESG reporting, and assess financial impacts of sustainability practices like carbon footprint and sustainable finance.

Requirements
- Five to eight years of working experience in advisory engagements.
- Proven sustainability/ESG-related work experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ideas concisely into reports and client proposals.
- Proven strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in project management techniques, including decision-making, time management, and analytical skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to take ownership of tasks and team performance.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and quickly learn new concepts.
- IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
