Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance indices to meet operations goals
- Perform rotating day/night shift duties (12-hour shift) to support the running of production in the module
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per PM schedule and specifications with quality
- Maintain good 6S housekeeping in the production floor and maintenance support areas
- Ensure good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the module
- Participate in 10k idea, LSS & BKM programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module
- Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) program to respond during emergency situations
Requirements
- ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
- 2 – 5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
