Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and sustain Test Equipment & Process capability to meet operations goals.
- Implement methods and procedures for process control, testing, and inspection to ensure product integrity.

- Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in test engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering within a high-tech or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and act as a subject matter expert without direct authority.
- Strong expertise in test equipment design, process control, data analysis, and failure analysis methodologies.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with suppliers and driving quality/process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
