Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process integration efforts for embedded and standalone NVM technologies (e.g., eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, RRAM) across advanced CMOS platforms
  • Define and optimize process flows to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets for NVM devices.
  • Strong collaboration with device, process, design, reliability, and product engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and ensure manufacturability for Technology qualification released
  • Drive and conduct structured experiments (DOE) and data analysis to evaluate process changes and their impact on NVM performance.
  • Able to drive and coordinate with project teams, and cross functional teams for program management, project planning and to define program scope of work
  • To ensure program schedule, and deliverables, program management and reporting, budget control and monitoring
  • Support technology qualification, customer engagement, and production ramp-up activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NVM yield, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Document technical findings, process changes, and integration strategies for internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to perform GF system, Teamcenter, Anaplan sizing coordinate and sizing, organizing for core team meeting, PMA (program, management, approval), TRB (Technology Review Board) exit review, not limited to ...... Training will be provided
  • Able to lead a PI task force as a technical lead.
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader.

Requirements

  • PhD / Masters /Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics/ Material Science / other engineering
  • At least 8 years' experience in Semiconductor Process Integration, and management but not limited to
  • Experience with embedded NVM technologies such as eFlash, NOR Flash, MRAM, or RRAM is highly desirable
  • Customer engagement skill a plus
  • Process device and module experience would be an added advantage and desirable
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Good communication skills with an open attitude as team player
  • Strong technical knowledge and good decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and optimization skills
  • Coach engineers in advance skills and manage with trust and respect
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Spotfire) and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and technology transfer is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reliability testing and failure analysis specific to NVM devices.
  • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and yield enhancement strategies.
