Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and engagement teams, providing delivery leadership on GRC matters.

  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand needs regarding risk, compliance, BCM, TPRM, and Audit management.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for GRC platform configuration.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of GRC solutions based on client requirements.
  • Develop and customize GRC solutions, including workflow creation, dashboards, reporting features, and integrations.
  • Design powerful GRC insight dashboards for key stakeholders (e.g., top management, risk manager).
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support to fine-tune systems for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to advise clients on GRC matters and drive successful implementations.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs. To-Be) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with GRC platforms for configuration and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills to conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
