Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for project-based and maintenance work related to building infrastructure
- Be involved in project work related to building infrastructure development / upgrading
- Propose upgrading project based on issue uncovered during routine maintenance performed

Requirements
- Degree in Facility Management / Facility Management & Enhancement / Engineering
- Strong knowledge in building and mechanical / electrical system maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Knowledge related to building infrastructure including air conditioning system (heating, ventilation, air con, chiller, etc)
- Knowledge of water supply system (plumbing, drainage, etc)
- Knowledge of electrical system (electrical engineering)
