Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Implement User Stories using an Agile approach for CRM Systems or Salesforce applications.
  • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into implementable application designs and configurations.
  • Evaluate possibilities with different technologies and platforms to define optimal project scope.
  • Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects, integration consultants, and data consultants for specific technical design requirements.
  • Understand and lead the execution of key objectives for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of CRM experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years on the Salesforce core platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • At least 3 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong expertise and certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com, Apttus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
