Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements.
- Implement User Stories using an Agile approach for CRM Systems or Salesforce applications.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into implementable application designs and configurations.
- Evaluate possibilities with different technologies and platforms to define optimal project scope.
- Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects, integration consultants, and data consultants for specific technical design requirements.
- Understand and lead the execution of key objectives for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of CRM experience.
- Minimum of 3 years on the Salesforce core platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- At least 3 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise and certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com, Apttus.
- Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
