Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Work directly with private equity investors & corporate C-suite
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Handle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence, value creation lever assessment to post-deal taking control
  • Experience in carve-out and post-merger integration, finance and operations process improvement, financial and business due diligence and business plan review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
  • 2 -5 years experience in M&A or Divestitures, including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, post-deal transformation
  • Strong understanding of operating models, products and services
  • Experience in business or data migrations is a plus
  • Able to quickly assess the performance of a business (or elements of it) and outline improvement opportunities based upon limited information and/or interactions with stakeholders
  • Able to quickly understand large amounts of information and draw out hypotheses and key messages
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial results
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to quickly develop effective working relationships
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, story teller
