Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years focused on generative AI or large language models.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI projects from conception to production.
  • Deep expertise in generative AI techniques such as LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, and transformer architectures.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers and scientists.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and model governance.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
