Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.

- Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Experiences data analytic, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Python coding is a plus.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
