Key Responsibilities

- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the thin film process development field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internally and externally, including senior management.
- Problem-solver attitude with determination and quality-mindset management.
