Vice President, Business Support Team, Group Wholesale Banking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions, with strong exposure to business management, planning, governance, and support functions. Proven ability to operate as a trusted business partner, working effectively across senior stakeholders and diverse teams to deliver Run‑the‑Bank outcomes and process improvements. Demonstrated experience leading and owning end‑to‑end workstreams or initiatives within Run‑the‑Bank, governance, control, or operational domains. Strong professional judgment and organizational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound trade‑offs, and drive execution in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues, risks, and trade‑offs clearly, and to formulate pragmatic, timely action plans for senior stakeholders. Strong analytical capability, including the ability to validate, interpret, and manage data and reports, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive‑level analysis and presentations. High attention to detail and quality, with a consistent focus on accuracy and disciplined execution.
