Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy.
  • Help clients in developing actionable growth strategies, such as corporate strategy, investment strategy, transaction evaluation, and/or value creation.

  • Manage work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables.
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds in performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to develop strategies and solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience must include 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transaction advisory.
  • Experience must include 4 years of experience in developing business strategies by analyzing market trends or conditions, industry trends, financial data, and utilizing customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
  • Experience must include 4 years of experience in reviewing transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.
  • Experience must include 4 years of experience in managing work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables.
