Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for project-based and maintenance work related to building infrastructure

  • Check on the accuracy of monthly maintenance report submitted by assigned / contracted maintenance crew
  • Conduct regular check / inspection on assigned / contract maintenance crew on their regular maintenance work carried out

Requirements

  • Degree in Facility Management / Facility Management & Enhancement / Engineering
  • Strong knowledge in building and mechanical / electrical system maintenance
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge related to building infrastructure including, but not limited, to air conditioning system (heating, ventilation, air con, chiller, etc), water supply system (plumbing, drainage, etc) and/or electrical system (electrical engineering)
