Key Responsibilities
- Startup and qualify new processes and equipment within scheduled timelines, collaborating with Equipment Engineers for new equipment acceptance.
- Troubleshoot process issues during daily operations and drive complex projects to enhance Lithography yield, quality, cost, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Analyze pass-down data to identify chronic process issues, establish improvement programs, and resolve them, serving as a technical consultant to Account Engineers (AEs).
- Collaborate with Process Integration/Yield Enhancement teams to improve process stability, margin, and achieve high-quality, cost-effective production.
- Analyze SPC/SEC charts, review split lots, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP and in-house systems.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates related to ECNs.
- Maintain project and investigation timelines, reporting progress and roadblocks to the manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering/physical science disciplines.
- 3-4 years of working experience in Lithography within 200mm or 300mm fabs is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively across different cultures.
- Good ownership, accountability, self-motivation, meticulousness, and discipline are required.
- Collaborative mindset is essential.
- Willingness to work weekend swing shifts (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat) and support overtime as business needs arise.
