Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes.
- Integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), and define new ET and inline specs during technology development.
- Characterize and qualify integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements.
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of new processes during development.
- Perform data analysis and problem-solving for ET, yield, process, and Reliability issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong yield analysis and correlation skills.
