Key Responsibilities
- Project design and construction of regional green field project with alignment to global standards and collaboration with central sustainability, cost, construction and line planning team
- Engineering support for site projects, Alpha to Beta technology transfer and sustainability projects
- Review and approve site capacity expansion and sustainability capex
- Review priority and make business driven decision on Facilities Reliability Improvement project capex
- Engineering support for site system improvement projects (System Reliability Improvements, Quality Improvement and Equipment EOL replacements)
- Oversee regional efforts and identify opportunities to align strategic program (eg BCP, Critical spec, Quality Defense line)
- Engineering support for major SIPP review
- Regional events lesson learnt sharing and influence of global standards development
- Single point of contact for regional sites and GFC central teams
- Technically lead a global cross functional team focused on project, design, construction, operational excellence with the site Electrical systems engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analytical and good decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
