Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of bus interchanges and terminals with the assistance of Operations Officers to ensure all bus services are deployed as per schedule
- Work closely with Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) to fulfil regulator’s Bus Service Reliability Framework (BSRF) requirements
- Perform investigations on bus services that do not meet BSRF requirements
- Support rail operation with bridging buses in the event of rail service disruption
- Ensure first parade tasks are conducted daily for system functional readiness and timely reporting of findings
- Liaise with facilities team to ensure bus interchanges and terminals are maintained according to regulatory requirements
- Manage bus interchanges and terminals cleaning and security vendors
- Conduct service routes risk assessment and safety briefing to the Bus Captains
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in transportation industry
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret operations performance
- Possess computing skills such as Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate effectively with people from different age groups
- Possess good leadership skills
