Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact and actively participate in annual internal and external audits, preparing necessary schedules (SOX compliance), Inventory / Costing Controls SOX documentations, and assist in answering auditor inquiries
Develop, document, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company inventories and ensure the accuracy of financial data
Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries, working closely within cross functional team within Finance
Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts (Global Inventory) and the general ledger to ensure accuracy
Support inventory-related policy updates & any other adhoc requests (e.g Quarterly Corporate reporting inventory-related transactions)
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Requirements

Education BS in Accountancy
Min 6 years experience in similar role
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Standard Costing experience
Oracle / SAP system experience
