Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic enhancements in quantitative risk models to ensure alignment with industry practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and successful delivery.
  • Mentor and coach senior consultants, fostering leadership development and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to understand business objectives and provide pragmatic, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong background in financial risk management or regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and client personnel.
  • Knowledge of current corporate governance and regulatory developments/requirements (local and international).
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements.
