Key Responsibilities
- Serve as equipment owner responsible for related costs, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of assigned equipment.
- Liaise with stakeholders including MFG, Equipment owners, and vendors during the deployment of Mobile Robots into new Bays.
- Manage projects concerning cost, quality, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Document system standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with detailed written processes.
- Collaborate closely with IT Operations teams to resolve various system issues.
- Troubleshoot and administer Enterprise managers, MCS servers, and Aero Track Engine.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the team maintains 6s standards.
- Optimize systems by tuning or creating new functions, including editing source codes for mobile Robots and fine-tuning AMHS configurations/dispatching rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
- Hands-on skill and software proficiency in HTML and VB language.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
