Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide leadership on the design, acquisition, implementation and operation of cybersecurity solutions and methods across various domains, including enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), networks, cloud, and hosting environments to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, and provide leadership on the preparation, testing and validation of cyber resilience and readiness plans, cyber incident response plans and recovery plans.
- Monitor emerging threats and technological advancements to future-proof operations and maintain resilience against evolving cybersecurity risks.
- Provide technical and business leadership to multiple teams responsible for the design, acquisition, implementation, operation and maintenance of campus data networks, wireless data infrastructure, structured cabling, on-premises hosting facilities, and telecommunications systems, ensuring continuous, efficient and reliable infrastructure.
- Provide technical and business leadership to optimise the use of on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure through the conduct of 'finops' and the likes to continually keep operating cost in checks.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field, with preferably at least 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
- Proven leadership at senior or executive level in complex, regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of NIST, CIS, cloud security, and network security
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCNP, CCDP or equivalent are strongly preferred
