Key Responsibilities
- Manage new equipment start up, liaise with vendors, to acceptance of equipment for production
- Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians
- Establish CM procedures and troubleshooting guides to allow efficient troubleshooting
- Establish PM procedures to achieve best possible Preventive Maintenance efficiency without compromising quality
- Provide training to Assistant Maintenance Engineers, Technicians to enhance their troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge
- Establish critical equipment spares, consumables stock levels to support equipment recovery time
- Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters
- Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
- Generate regular Equipment downtime pareto reports and analyzing for any chronic/repeated issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Wet Equipment including Spray solvent tool, Wet bench modular tanks and different types of drying mechanism
- Good knowledge in reading and analyzing electrical schematic and block diagrams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to teamwork within and with other departments
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications
- Good knowledge in statistical tools, problem solving tools, FMEA and 8D
- Knowledge in PLC programming will be an added advantage
