Key Responsibilities

Own and resolve application issues, engaging additional technical or functional resources as necessary
Collaborate with the lab management operations & cross functional teams to apply solutions by analyzing business and functional requirements, studying and creatively leveraging standard procedures
Play an active role in supporting equipment maintenance compliance
Monitor and resolve system integrity issues
Analyze problems, diagnose them and find root cause, and then either creating a fix or engages business solutions team to collaboratively design a solution
Proactively analyzes incident records and use data to identify problems
Identify and propose approach to increase usability
Maintain active communication with various business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality

Requirements

Solid understanding of equipment lifecycle operations
Background with SAP is a bonus
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Hands-on person with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to place questions and problems in the proper context
