Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve application issues, engaging additional technical or functional resources as necessary
  • Collaborate with the lab management operations & cross functional teams to apply solutions by analyzing business and functional requirements, studying and creatively leveraging standard procedures
  • Play an active role in supporting equipment maintenance compliance
  • Monitor and resolve system integrity issues
  • Analyze problems, diagnose them and find root cause, and then either creating a fix or engages business solutions team to collaboratively design a solution
  • Proactively analyzes incident records and use data to identify problems
  • Identify and propose approach to increase usability
  • Maintain active communication with various business and technical stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of equipment lifecycle operations
  • Background with SAP is a bonus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Hands-on person with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
