Key Responsibilities
- Lead / work with a team to design and develop Electromagnetics (EM) materials and structures that could be multi-functional
- Develop new design methodologies for functional EM materials and structures utilising a suite of computational techniques and tools (e.g. Multiphysics, Machine Learning computational materials)
- Be involved in the cutting edge of functional EM application designs, covering the end-to-end design, fabricate and test chain
Requirements
- PhD / Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Materials Science / Physics
- Knowledge in electrodynamics / electromagnetics
- Experience in the use of computational tools, such as Multiphysics, CEM tools (CST, HFSS etc.) and ML tools
- Experience in design and development of functional materials, processes or fabrication techniques
- Experience in designing of EM materials / structures such as meta-surfaces to enable compact flat lens and antennas, radomes, high performance EMI / EMC applications etc.
