Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven senior leadership experience with P&L ownership (large, complex regional business scale).
  • Strong track record of driving growth in complex, multi-country or emerging market regions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct and indirect/distributor-based business models.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
  • Deep commercial acumen: sales excellence, marketing, pricing, and market access understanding.
