Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global Diabetes strategy and regional priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities across therapy adoption, portfolio expansion, pricing, and channel optimization.
- Lead annual operating plans, long-range planning, and forecasting with clear growth and profitability targets.
- Drive launch excellence for new products, indications, and digital/service solutions.
- Own regional sales performance, including demand generation, funnel management, and revenue delivery.
- Oversee pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies in partnership with Market Access.
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of senior commercial leaders and country managers.
- Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to deliver integrated business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven senior leadership experience with P&L ownership (large, complex regional business scale).
- Strong track record of driving growth in complex, multi-country or emerging market regions.
- Demonstrated success in managing direct and indirect/distributor-based business models.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
- Deep commercial acumen: sales excellence, marketing, pricing, and market access understanding.
