Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic supply strategy as part of a global team across Assembly and Test manufacturing locations
- Participate in implementation of global supply and inventory strategy by establishing supply readiness strategy, identifying resources, and developing communication channels
- Contribute to supply strategy development by analyzing current and future needs, market and company trends, benchmarking world-class approaches, and identifying process, system, and product/service improvement opportunities
- Prioritize and drive implementation based on timing estimates and efficiency gains
- Ensure department compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide input to leadership on department strategies, processes, and policy through team and project participation
- Act as supplier key point of contact for supply execution
- Define Materials Buy rule and execute to buy rule; own PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling, and raw material liability
- Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment; serve as Global WOS owner and own supply allocation
- Perform demand-supply insight analysis and host Global WOS review with leadership team
- Drive supply fungibility across the network
- Publish forecast to supplier on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills
- Possess communication and influencing ability and be a persuasive advocate
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Innovative and teamwork focused
- Able to work independently as well as with a cross-functional team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
